These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") govern all sales of jewelry made on the Parabaya website (www.parabaya.com), owned by PARABAYA SAS (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

Any order placed on the Parabaya website implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The General Terms and Conditions prevail over any other document, unless expressly agreed in writing by the Company.

The Company offers for sale jewelry available on its electronic catalog on its website www.parabaya.com. The photographs and descriptions of the products are provided for information purposes only and may present slight variations compared to the actual products. Indeed, the colors may vary from one screen to another depending on the resolutions of the latter.

Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, and are subject to change at any time by the Company. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Buyer and are specified when the order is validated.

The Buyer places his order online by following the order process indicated on the Parabaya website. Before validating his order, the Buyer checks the details of his order and accepts these General Terms and Conditions. Once the order has been validated, a summary is sent to the Buyer by email.

Payment for products is made online using the payment methods accepted on the Parabaya website, which are Paypal and credit card. The Company reserves the right to refuse any order or payment in the event of a previous payment problem or suspicion of fraud.

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer when ordering. The delivery times indicated on the website are given for information purposes only and may vary depending on the availability of the products and the carrier. In the event of a delay in delivery, the Company will endeavour to inform the Buyer as soon as possible.

In accordance with current legislation, the Buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. The Buyer must return the products in their original condition and in their original packaging. The return costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

To exercise this right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Company within the period mentioned above by sending a return request by email via the customer area or to the following address: contact@parabaya.com in order to receive the return procedure associated with the returned Product(s).

In accordance with current regulations (article L221-28 consumer code), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

- The supply of goods that have been personalized


- The supply of goods for which payment has been made using a gift card

The Company guarantees that the products conform to their description and are free from hidden defects. In the event of a defect or non-conformity, the Buyer may contact the Company within a reasonable time to request an exchange, refund or repair.

The Company collects and processes the Buyer's personal data in accordance with its privacy policy available on the website. Personal data is used only in connection with the sale of products and is not transmitted to third parties without prior consent.

All elements of the Parabaya website, including photographs, texts and logos, are protected by copyright and intellectual property. Any reproduction or use without authorization is strictly prohibited.

In the event of a dispute between the Company and the Buyer, the parties will endeavour to resolve it amicably. Failing this, the competent courts will be notified. These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
