Exercising the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of thirty (30) days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You may exercise this right by filling out the form below.

Please note: in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to jewelry made to order or clearly personalized.

Specifically excluded are:

  • jewelry made to order;
  • jewelry whose size has been specially adjusted at the customer's request;
  • jewelry whose color has been chosen or personalized upon specific request;
  • any jewelry custom-made based on specifications provided by the customer.

These items may not be returned or refunded, except in the case of a lack of conformity.
