Return policy

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal from Parabaya without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded; the return costs will remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (item(s) and packaging) allowing them to be re-sold as new. Damaged or soiled items will not be accepted.

The return will be made to the address provided by email.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to models that have been personalized.
